      Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. Orders are shipped out Monday thru Friday from our warehouse in Calgary, Alberta.  Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed within the next 2 business days.

      Canadian customers pay GST of 5% at checkout. Prices are listed in CAD, but you can choose to change your currency at the top lefthand side of the page. For US & international orders, duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

      We take very good care in shipping your products, and include a tracking number through all shippers.  However because we use a 3rd party shipper we cannot be held liable for lost or delayed shipments.  Please contact maternity@ellabella.ca should anything happen and we can assist you as best as we can. 

      Orders under $150 are shipped without a signature. Orders over $150 are shipped with a signature required upon delivery.

      Items must be in perfect condition, cannot show signs of wash or wear, and the tags still on.  Absolutely no exceptions. 

      FINAL SALE on Footed tights/ Spanx, Lingerie, Skin care products, CPanty, Maternity Gowns, Gift Cards and all SALE ITEMS (excluding the 10% off for new customers, and Swag discounts used with our partners).  Any additional sale codes are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for price adjustments.  Purchases made with Gift Cards will receive the refund back on the gift card.  Gift card purchases are not eligible for cash refunds.

      Original shipping charges are non-refundable.. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and USA orders may be subject to duties or taxes.  Should you ship COD, you will be deducted the cost on your refund.  We would suggest a tracking number with your shipment.

      Please allow 5 business days for your return to be received and processed.  You will receive an automated email once the return has gone through.  Returns may take a couple days to show up on your method of payment.  Please be advised, if you payed via PayPal, your refund will be in your PayPal account. 

      Ella Bella Maternity Boutique reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and update this Policy at any time without notice.
