Return policy UPDATE: APRIL 27/ 20
Product returns/exchanges extended from 15 day to 30 days until further notice
We realize customers may require more time for shipping returns so we are making an effort to make it a little easier and stress free by extending the return deadline from 15 days to 30 days until further notice. We are also offering Calgary and area customers pickups and drop offs at Ella Bella shop and some in-house deliveries.
Orders will need a tracking number to qualify. We are taking this day-to-day and will update as we go on!

- Items posted back to Ella Bella within 7 days of delivery
- Items are accompanied with your proof of purchase
- Items are packaged in the same wrapping, with original tags attached
- Absolutely NO sign of wash or wear
- The return has an RA approved number found only online at https://ellabella.ca/pages/returns-centre
NO EXCEPTIONS to the above. Items returned without any of the above at subject to a 10% handling fee on the entire purchase.
Please be advised that we do not offer returns on sale items, NO EXCEPTIONS.
FINAL SALE on Footed tights/ Spanx, Lingerie, Skin care products, CPanty, Maternity Gowns, Gift Cards and all SALE ITEMS (excluding NEWBELLA and MAMA15). Any additional sale codes are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for price adjustments. Purchases made with Gift Cards will receive the refund back on the gift card. Gift card purchases are not eligible for cash refunds.
We highly encourage you to use a tracking number when shipping back, as we are not responsible for undelivered packages.When returning goods to Ella Bella Maternity the shipping cost associated with the exchange/ return are considered the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and USA orders may be subject to duties or taxes. Should you ship COD, you will be deducted the cost on your refund. We would suggest a tracking number with your shipment.
Please allow 5 business days for your return to be received and processed. You will receive an automated email once the return has gone through. Returns may take a couple days to show up on your method of payment. Please be advised, if you payed via PayPal, your refund will be in your PayPal account.
Store credit never expires and is issued as a “gift card” so you can use it for online shopping.
Prices are listed in CAD and subject to 5% GST.
Ella Bella Maternity Boutique reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and update this Policy at any time without notice.
