Please include the return slip, with the checked boxes upon completion in your return. By checking the boxes, you acknowledge that your return meets the following requirements. Please note: failure to do so may delay your return, result in a cleaning/ repackaging fee, or be unaccepted and returned at your expense.
- The return has an RA approved number found only online at https://ellabella.ca/pages/returns-centre
- Items are packaged in original wrapping, with tags still attached.
- Absolutely NO sign of wash or wear
- Items are shipped back within 30 days of delivery date.
- Keep your marketing/ promo code for your next purchase, we don’t need that back =)

Any additional sale codes are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for price adjustments. Purchases made with Gift Cards will receive the refund back on the gift card. Gift card purchases are not eligible for cash refunds.
We highly encourage you to use a tracking number when shipping back, as we are not responsible for undelivered packages.When returning goods to Ella Bella Maternity the shipping cost associated with the exchange/ return are considered the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and USA orders may be subject to duties or taxes. Should you ship COD, you will be deducted the cost on your refund. We would suggest a tracking number with your shipment.
Please allow 5 business days for your return to be received and processed. You will receive an automated email once the return has gone through. Returns may take a couple days to show up on your method of payment. Please be advised, if you payed via PayPal, your refund will be in your PayPal account.
Store credit never expires and is issued as a “gift card” so you can use it for online shopping.
Prices are listed in CAD and subject to 5% GST.
