FAQs:

Shipping/ Times & Delays:

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, within 1-3 business days. As we continue to navigate through the pandemic, please note Canada Post has advertised they are experiencing some delays. Most shipping times are not affected at this point, but in some cases there are delays out of our control. If your package is lost, or not tracking, please try the following: 

·       Check your COMMUNITY mailbox.  Canada post does not deliver to your door in every circumstance.

·       Canada post does not require signatures at this time.  So if it says “signed” it simply means delivered. 

·       Check with your neighbor.  We have seen a package left in a neighbor’s box from time to time. 

·       Wait one more day.  Your order may have been “delivered” electronically, but not yet dropped off. 

·       If the above all fails, please contact Canada Post.  As we do not personally deliver your items, we are unable to provide you with any more information than what you are able to see through your tracking number. 

·       Please note, we have less than 1% of our items lost or undelivered.

Local Pick Up 

Local pick up is available in Calgary. You can select the option for local pick up at checkout. Your order will typically be ready within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been prepared, you will receive an email with the pick up address and instructions. 

Please note: If you are dropping off an exchange, you will still be required to process an RA. Once the RA is complete, we can schedule a drop off/ pick up time with you.

Gowns 

Maternity gowns are for purchase only. We do not offer gown rentals.

Brand Drops:

We are all eager to see our favorite lines drop new products!  Please note we have no control over what the manufacturer has available, their fulfillment time, or shipping time.  We can only ensure we are ordering promptly.  We are at the mercy of the manufacturer after that point.  The best way to stay update is by following us on social media, or signing up for our newsletter.   With the current economic situation, we are doing our absolute best to keep the shop stocked with your favourite items, despite international delays. 

Order Info/ Edits:

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to edit an order.  We cannot guarantee that your order will be edited, but do our absolute best to do so.
