Q. How much will shipping charges cost?
A: We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75.00 in Canada and now also to the United States;
Express option $15-$20 depending on where you live. You can find more details when you place your order at checkout point.
All orders under $75.00 will be charged $10.00 Shipping to any Canadian address.
All shipments under $75.00 to US will be charged $15.00 to $25.00 depending on the State: Express option is $25 to $40 again depending on the State.
Q: What currency are your prices and what forms of payment do you accept?
A: Prices are all Canadian $ but you can select another currency on the page and we accept VISA and MASTERCARD for payment.
You may also use Ella Bella Gift Certificates online or in store and Credit Notes (only in store) as form of payment.

Q: What size maternity clothes should I buy?
A: Maternity clothes are cut to accommodate your changing figure. In most cases you should order the same size you wore before you were pregnant. We will advise in description part of item if the fit does not follow this rule.
Q: How can I contact you?
A: The best way to contact us is by email at email@example.com or by phone at 403-271-0050 or 403-870-0695 and please leave a message if no answer and we will return your call within 24 hours. You can also try the "chat now" feature on the main screen. We will almost always answer immediately!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted on most items within 10 days after you receive your order. We require that you contact us to request a return authorization number. We will include a "Return & Exchange Information" sheet in with your shipment outlining procedure to follow for Returns. All orders shipped outside of North America are FINAL SALE.
Items that are for exchange only will be noted as such in the description part of the item ( nursing bras, evening gowns).
FREE Exchanges: If something doesn't fit right, let us know. You are required to pay return shipping but we will send out an exchange as soon as the item comes in, at no cost. Limit of one free change.
EASY Returns: If you don't love what you bought, let us know. As long as its not a blow out sale item, we can accept the return. Return shipping is required to be paid by the customer, and we do deduct a credit card fee of 10% of the purchase price. All returns and exchanges must be in mint condition with the tags on. So please handle items with care!

We are here for you and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you call us before you place your order and voice your concerns we may be able to work around the FINAL SALE policy but you must clear this with Stephanie before you place your order.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. If for some reason we are unable to ship within that time frame we will email you and explain the situation. In case of shipping delay, we will not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship.
Q: Should I add insurance to my order?
A: Ella Bella Maternity Boutique it not responsible for any packages once they are shipped and you are given a VALID tracking number. Because we use a third party shipping company, it might be a good idea to purchase the insurance option if you wish to secure the delivery of your package. The third party's policy states they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless insurance is purchased.
Q: Do you ship to the US?
A: Yes, we do ship to the US for FREE on orders over $75.00
Return shipping must be paid by the customer on any exchanges or returns.
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged when we receive your order but if for some reason we don’t have stock on hand and are unable to ship within 1-3 business days we will not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship.
Q: Will I pay sales tax?
A: Yes, all orders are charged basic 5% GST tax.
Q: Do you have a printed catalog?
A: Due to our inventory always changing and new items constantly arriving, we cannot offer a printed catalog.
Q: If I purchase a Gift Certificate can you include a note?
A: Unfortunately we are not able to add comments to the gift cards as they are sent via the online system after you purchase them. What we reccomend is emailing it to your own email, and the forwarding it along to the receiver with a cute message.
Q: If I am purchasing something as a GIFT to be shipped directly to recipient can you GIFT WRAP?
A: We can for an extra charge of $4.00, when you place your order please indicate your request in the "Comments" section at checkout. If you would like a Gift Receipt included, please indicate this request as well.
