Maternity Sizes are based on a normal weight gain/growth rate.
- Measure your bust: Stand up straight with your arms hang down in a relaxed, natural pose. Measure around the fullest part of your chest. Tight up under the armpits and over the shoulder blades.
- Measure under your bust: Measure around your ribcage directly below your bust. This is where your bra band sits. Ensure the tape measure is parallel to the ground
- Measure your hips: Stand with your feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips and rear. This is typically midway between your crotch and your belly button.
- Measure your thighs: Stand with your feet together. Measure the circumference around the widest part of your thighs. Keep the tape measure parallel to the ground.
