Q. What brands does Ella Bella carry?
A. Some brands that we carry include our very own Ella Bella Basics range, along with products from Ripe Maternity, 1822 Denim, Hello Miz, Bravado, and more. Our product range is continuously changing with the season so make sure to keep your eyes pealed for future releases.
Q. What type of clothing does Ella Bella specialize in?
A. Here at Ella Bella, we specialize in nursing and maternity clothing. Our goal is to create comfortable, stylish and adaptable pieces for the stages of pregnancy and well into your breastfeeding journey.
Q. How does Ella Bella's sizing run?
A. We suggest you stick to your pre-pregnancy size when shopping maternity clothing here at Ella Bella. If you are still not sure what size to order, please check out our size chat or use our online store chat box which you can find on the left side of your screen, in a teal bubble. We will be happy to help and answer any questions you may have.
Q. Where does Ella Bella ship from?
A. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Calgary, Alberta.
Q. What are Ella Bella's shipping options and costs in Canada?
A. All Ella Bella orders are shipped 1-2 days from when the order is made, unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free on orders over $150 (before tax). Orders under $150, cost $15 for delivery.
If you would like to pay for express shipping through Canada Post Express Post, a charge of $30 will be added to your balance.
Canadian customers pay GST of 5% plus applicable HST/PST at checkout.
* Due to the potential Canada Post strike and possible service interruption, we will be using alternative shipping carriers to avoid any delays with your order. If your order address is a rural route or PO Box, please use an alternate shipping address. Thank you for your understanding.*
We take very good care in shipping your products, and include a tracking number through all shippers. However, because we use a 3rd party shipping company we cannot be held liable for lost or delayed shipments. Please contact admin@ellabella.ca should anything happen and we can assist you as best as we can.
Q. How long do I have to return an item?
A. You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it and 45 days for an exchange.

A. Yes, you can shop our gift cards starting from $10 online today, the gift card comes in an email and can easily be forwarded to a recipient of your choice.
