- certified organic sweet orange, naturally antibacterial to gently cleanse
- certified organic evening primrose oil to soften and condition baby's scalp and hair
- certified organic chamomile to brighten and bring out the natural highlights
- Either have a bath with your baby or completely wet their head.
- Using GAIA Natural Baby Massage Oil, apply a small amount of massage oil to the palm of our hand and using your fingers massage into their scalp. Keep applying until their scalp is really really really moist, just like when you put milk on a corn flake, it goes all soggy!
- With your fingers or a soft wash cloth, ever so gently rub over the cradle cap. The scales should start to break up and flake. If so, comb the particles thought the hair. If not, keep applying the massage oil and continue to lightly rub over the scalp.
- Once you have combed out most of the flakes (this is a fairly sticky process so there will be some left) then use GAIA Natural Baby Shampoo to wash their hair, this will clean off any excess oil and cradle cap.
- Gently towel-dry your baby's hair and apply a couple of drops of GAIA Natural Baby Massage Oil to your fingers then massage into your baby's scalp

March 18/ 2020: COVID-19 UPDATE:
We will be extending our return policy until April 30th, 2020. All orders placed from today on, will have an extended time to make a return/ exchange. We realize there may be delays in shipping, and returning in person may not always be possible over the next few weeks. So we are making an effort to make it a little easier, and stress free for shoppers.

We are also offer DOOR STEP exchange for our Calgary and area customers. Owner, Stephanie will door step drop/ pick up exchanges in Calgary to try eliminate as many people required to leave as possible.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and USA orders may be subject to duties or taxes. Should you ship COD, you will be deducted the cost on your refund. We would suggest a tracking number with your shipment.
Please allow 5 business days for your return to be received and processed. You will receive an automated email once the return has gone through. Returns may take a couple days to show up on your method of payment. Please be advised, if you payed via PayPal, your refund will be in your PayPal account.
Store credit never expires and is issued as a “gift card” so you can use it for online shopping.
