this tank quickly became my favourite tank top. I can usually wear a large but went for XL because I’m busty and wanted to make sure the zipper access worked. I’m not nursing anymore since baby refuses from 9 months on but now exclusively pumping and it works great! I will be ordering another one :)
I love Legoe Heritage. This top is really nice, has good length for sitting over my bump and the zips on the sides will be super handy for breastfeeding. The material is a little thinner than I expected, but is great for warm days! The olive colour is really nice too.
I want to love this tank, but it has some down-sides. First off, I am busty, when I was pregnant and now postpartum/nursing. The models in the pictures are not, and as a result I think the top looks a lot better on them. On me the neckline isn't as flattering and it pulls a bit (sizing up doesn't help). The straps don't sit flat on my back, which again sizing up doesn't help. The other design flaw, in my opinion, is the way the top has a longer back. You'd think it would be nice to cover your behind, but it is too long in the back on me and looks kind of silly. You can't tuck in just the back of a shirt! I can only really wear this top with leggings. I liked this top a lot better in my pregnancy than postpartum; I feel very frumpy in it now. As for how it works as a nursing top, it is OK. I prefer my button down/snap/henley-style tanks to these. I do like the weight of the tops, though, and the banded detail on the bottom. They wash very well. I have them in white and black, and don't find them see-through, although as a tip you should always where nude undergarments under white tops.
I actually love this shirt so the flaws aren't bad enough to make me want to give it too poor of a rating or to return it. I really love the look of it, it's nice having a nursing tank top that doesn't clip down at the straps. And is definitely a nice quality material, it feels pretty durable.
However, it is a little bit see through, I think the material could be a little bit thicker and it would still be a cool shirt to wear on a hot day. Also, I wish there would be a little material over the top of the zipper, it can poke a little bit into wear it sits under the arm, which is obviously a sensitive area. And lastly, I'm not a fan of the fact that it is not safe for the dryer, considering the price of the top I feel it should be durable enough to be dried.
