RENTAL DETAILS

As we pilot this New Dress Rental option, we ask for your patience.  If you have questions, please email us at maternity@ellabella.ca with subject "RENTALS" and we will get back to you asap!  We will also be confirming the rental before it ships (via email) so please check your inbox and spam/junk folder as well. 

We are a small, family owned and operated business. We are still working on developing this part of our website and appreciate your patience ;)

All Dresses listed under 'Rentals' are $30 to rent.  $30 = 30 day rental. 

30 days includes shipping times. 

We can extend a dress rental by 15 day increments if needed. 

If you are planning to order for an event, please allow time for processing and shipping. Depending on your location, shipping can be anywhere between 2-10 business days. 

Shipping charge will be $25.00 This will include shipping TO and RETURN shipping, including a box and return label with your order. Just fill it out and drop it off at your local Cad Post! 

Local pick up in Calgary is available with no shipping cost required. 

This shipping cost also includes a cleaning fee! You will not be charged extra unless the dress is not in proper condition. 

Unfortunately additional discounts cannot be applied to the rental price.  If you use a code at the checkout, a discount will be applied, but you will still not receive the discount on the $30 rental fee. 

You are charged the FULL amount of the dress (+ tax) upon renting and will be refunded the difference (+ tax) once the dress is received back, inspected, and meets the following requirements:

- Dresses can not be torn, ripped, stained, discolored. 
- Dresses must be in properly folded condition and packaged in original plastic. 
*Don't forget the golden rule: do onto the dress as you would have the dress do onto you*
- Ella Bella Maternity reserves the right to deem a product in good condition or not.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on the bank. 

You do not have to clean the dress. Please send it back and we will ensure the correct cleaning instructions are used.  You can also be rest assured that dress will be clean before it arrives to you. 

Late Fee's are charged every day the dress is late past the 30 days since ordered. You will be docked $5/day off your total refund.  

NO REFUNDS 

Shipping ($25) and the rental cost ($30) are FINAL SALE.  No exceptions.

Received a damaged item?  You MUST report the damage within 24 hours of the delivery date.  Please send a description and corresponding images to one of the 3 contact options listed above.
