Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and USA orders may be subject to duties or taxes. Should you ship COD, you will be deducted the cost on your refund. We would suggest a tracking number with your shipment.
Please allow 5 business days for your return to be received and processed. You will receive an automated email once the return has gone through. Returns may take a couple days to show up on your method of payment. Please be advised, if you payed via PayPal, your refund will be in your PayPal account.
Store credit never expires and is issued as a “gift card” so you can use it for online shopping.
Prices are listed in CAD and subject to 5% GST.

This sweater has been hands down the best clothing purchase I've made since my daughter was born. I ended up buying both grey and black and I'm glad I did! The material is so soft and has held up so well after multiple washes (and even a couple of accidental tosses in the dryer!). No pilling and still super soft. I am 5'4, 138 lbs and currently measure 37.5" bust and 33" at the ribs. I bought a Medium in both colours and it fits perfectly - the sleeve length and general length is nice and long (but not too long) and the arms aren't baggy but also not tight. This is my go-to sweater any time I have guests over. With a nursing tank underneath, it's the easiest and most comfortable top for nursing - and looks great too!
