Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and USA orders may be subject to duties or taxes. Should you ship COD, you will be deducted the cost on your refund. We would suggest a tracking number with your shipment.
Please allow 5 business days for your return to be received and processed. You will receive an automated email once the return has gone through. Returns may take a couple days to show up on your method of payment. Please be advised, if you payed via PayPal, your refund will be in your PayPal account.

So comfy and versatile!
Great hoodie that is lined with comfortable fleece - feels like a warm hug. On top of that, it's so versatile and can be used on its own as a hoodie, or over your baby carrier to keep mom and baby warm. I bought the grey and it's a true light grey. Love it!

Comfy and Convenient
Hoodie is so soft inside! Great length, good arm length and keeps me and baby warm. Description of the fit is accurate, a bit on the larger size, but not where I am swimming in it. I haven't worn it without the baby carrier piece but know that I will because it is so cozy. I have black and it hasn't attracted much pet hair and this hoodie gets worn almost daily.

Cozy
Love this hoodie. It’s very cozy and love how baby has their own hood. Fits well and the fleece is so soft. Only wish the pockets has some support, when I have heavy things in them they hang lower than the bottom of the sweater. (Minor issue)
