Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and USA orders may be subject to duties or taxes. Should you ship COD, you will be deducted the cost on your refund. We would suggest a tracking number with your shipment.
Please allow 5 business days for your return to be received and processed. You will receive an automated email once the return has gone through. Returns may take a couple days to show up on your method of payment. Please be advised, if you payed via PayPal, your refund will be in your PayPal account.
Store credit never expires and is issued as a “gift card” so you can use it for online shopping.

I had originally borrowed a friends nursing pillow when I had my daughter but ended up purchasing this one after I had a chance to try it at my doctors office. It has a little bit of give to help keep the baby in a cozy spot and the covers are so incredibly soft. I just bought an extra cover in silver so I can switch them up if needed. Would totally recommend!
